What is the difference between the Basic and Premium packages?
Both packages include moodboards, design tips and photo-realistic images of what your space will look like. With the basic package, you can use these images as a point of reference to source similar products for the space. With the Premium Package, the sourcing is done for you. You will receive a shopping list of the products recommended, any active discount codes and links for where to purchase them
How long will it take for my design to be finished?
We first create your mood board which you will receive within two days of your project’s start date. Once the mood board is approved and upfront payment has been received, you will receive your full design within 2 weeks.
When do I make the payments for my design?
A deposit is required to secure your space, which is deducted from your final design fee.
For single-room projects, full payment (minus the deposit) is due once you've approved your initial moodboard and we’re ready to begin your full design.
For projects with more than one room, you’ll have the option to either pay in full upfront or split the balance into two instalments:
The first 50% is due once your mood boards are approved.
The remaining 50% is due after you receive your first set of designs, and before your sourcing list is delivered (if you’ve booked the Premium package).
Can I make amendments to my design?
Absolutely - both the Basic and Premium packages include two full rounds of amendments, so you’ll have the chance to request any tweaks or changes you'd like after receiving your initial design.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes - as long as you give at least two weeks’ notice before your project start date, your deposit will be refunded in full. This allows us time to offer the slot to another client.
If notice is given with less than two weeks to go, or if we don’t receive the required information to begin your project on time, unfortunately we won’t be able to refund the deposit, as time has already been set aside in our schedule.
Can I book in with you sooner than your calendar allows?
Yes - we offer a waiting list where you can share your project details and ideal start date. If a slot opens up, we’ll do our best to fit you in and will be in touch if availability allows. Please note that joining the waiting list doesn’t guarantee your preferred date - it simply means we’ll reach out if a space becomes available.
Will I get any discount from retailers by using your service?
Yes - when sourcing, we always search the web for any active discount codes with retailers to make sure you achieve the maximum savings possible when putting the design together
Do you help with sourcing the tradesmen needed for my project?
If you have booked our Premium Service, we can look to help source tradesmen for your project if you would like our help with this. Please let us know if this is part of the service that you would want to use when booking in
We are happy to have a initial conversation with them to confirm what needs to be done however you will need to communicate with them regarding when they are going to come to the property to complete the works. Payment for the trade will be done directly through the tradespeople, not via Rebecca Taylor
